Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• Voucher is valid for the Summer Breaks 2026 Package for stays from Sunday to Thursday nights from 1st June to 30th September 2026 only.

• Please note that advance booking is required when using your gift voucher. Please call us on 01243 573 234.

• Kindly notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival.

• Your voucher is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use.

Please note this voucher is not valid on the following dates: 8th to 12th July inclusive; 27th July to 2nd August inclusive and 16th to 20th September 2026 inclusive.
